Miss Wish Health & Beauty Sanctuary (Misswish Pte. Ltd. UEN: 201418038M) (“Misswish”) is strongly committed to providing excellent services to all of our customers (“customers”). The terms and conditions (“terms and conditions”) detailed below will automatically apply to all purchases and/or bookings of our services whether if such purchases and/or bookings are made online and offline. You will automatically acknowledge and agree to all of our terms and conditions when you made any purchases and/or bookings of our services online or offline. Please read the following terms and conditions in preparation for your visit to Miss Wish Health & Beauty Sanctuary.

The customer hereby authorises Misswish and Misswish’s officers and staff members to perform the services and/or treatments listed in the customer file or form, on the customer.
All genders of customers are welcome to avail Misswish services.
Misswish’s treatments are applicable to all age ranges. Please contact Misswish directly for any enquiries about age suitability for any treatments. However, minors below 18 years old should have one of their guardians, parents or caregivers to be present with them.
All services sold in packages shall be valid for 1 year (for packages ranging from 1-20 Sessions) / 3 Years (for packages with 20 Sessions and above) from the date of purchase. Misswish reserves the final say to provide no extension on the expiry date and any unutilised purchase after the expiry date shall be forfeited without any sort of refunds or exchanges.
We recommend an advanced booking as demands for our services can be high sometimes, especially during festival seasons. Walk-ins are accepted but subjected to the availability of slots of our staff for your specified treatment(s).
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals however, there may be times when a late arrival may result in reduced treatment time, or we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy [Non-Trial]
We fully understand that unexpected circumstances or emergencies cannot be avoided. Thus, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us within 12 hours during our business hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations made after the stipulated period will not be entertained and the customer is expected to arrive for his/her appointment. Misswish reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if the customer did not show up at all and/or if your appointment is a session within a package that you had bought, the session shall be forfeited.
Customers are subjected to only 3 attempts of rescheduling of appointment for the selected treatment session. Anymore of such attempts to reschedule of appointment will not be further entertained and the Company has the right to deduct one treatment from the customer’s package as a remedy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy [Trial Price]
Cancellation is forbidden, only 1 attempt of rescheduling of appointment is allowed.
Failure to turn up (no-show) for the appointment will result in any deposits made being treated as a cancellation fee that is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refund & Exchange Policy
All treatments sold, in progress or completed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
There shall be no full refund of packages sold. Strictly no refund or exchange for any of the services and treatments completed within the package.
However, if you wish to cancel a package within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase, you will need to notify us in writing (via e-mail) within forty-eight (48) hours of purchase and we shall refund you the unused package value, less a 15% administrative charge.
Any request for refund of package later than forty-eight (48) hours from the time of purchase and earlier than seven (7) days from the time of purchase must be made in writing and shall incur a 30% administrative charge of the unused package value.
From the date seven (7) days after the time of purchase, all packages sold are strictly not refundable, shareable, transferable or exchangeable.
Misswish allows the return of products sold but the product must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact, with the original receipt and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Misswish. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. You are strongly advised to test the products first for suitability before purchasing to prevent such disputes.
All discounted/promotional services (including trial services & prices) and products (including travel-sized) are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Potential Risks, Pre-Existing Medical Conditions and Disclaimer
You agree that the information furnished in the medical and skincare medical history section of our Intake Form is accurate and you have disclosed to us any pre-existing medical conditions and/or illnesses that may be adversely affected by our services and/or treatments.
Please note that depending on what you have declared, we reserve the right to decline to provide the services and/or treatment to you at our sole discretion, for your and our safety.
You shall immediately alert us of any change to your medication and/or medical condition and/or health status before any services and/or treatments are performed by you, as well as any and all responses perceived to be a result of any of our services and/or treatments as soon as you become aware of them.
Should you suffer any side effects and/or reactions and/or responses that you think may be a result of our services and/or treatments, please inform us immediately and provide us with the relevant documentary evidence that these side effects and/or reactions and/or responses are caused by our services and/or treatment. You may, at your own cost, go to the National Skin Centre or any of the specialist clinics to obtain a diagnosis and should it be found that the side effect and/or reactions and/or responses were caused by our services and/or treatment, we may elect to do a partial refund of the services and/or treatment cost at our sole discretion. There shall strictly be no full refund of the amount paid for the services and/or treatment.
We are not a medical institution and do not purport to be one. We do not offer any medical advice or diagnose any medical condition. We do not do represent that any of our services and/or treatments are intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice. Results for each service and/or treatment vary from person to person and we do not make any guarantees on results. We hereby disclaim any representations and/or warranties as to the results, success rates, or effective periods of our services and/or treatments. We hereby disclaim all express and implied warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties for fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties are hereby disclaimed and excluded from any and all transactions between you and us and shall not apply to the services and/or treatments sold by us.
To the fullest extent permissible under law, you agree not to hold us responsible in any way for, and agree to waive any right of action that may arise from, any loss or damage including but not limited to personal injury or property damage caused or suffered as a result of our performance of the services and/or treatments on you.
You shall indemnify and hold Misswish and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers harmless against any legal action, demands, proceedings, and/or claim and any expenses, loss, damage, liability, penalty and fine (including but not limited to legal costs) brought against us by a third party (including but not limited to an individual or any competent authority), caused by your act, omission, default (including but not limited to false declarations on our forms and failure to follow our instructions), and other liability arising out of or in connection with our services and/or treatments and/or products.
Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that Misswish and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses or personal injury resulting from the use of our services and/or treatments and/or products.
You hereby agree that the services and/or treatments have been explained to you in sufficient detail and you have been informed of the potential risks involved in receiving any cosmetic / beauty treatments and the use of the relevant aesthetic products and chemicals, such risks including but not limited to possible skin infections, eye infections, allergic reactions, chemical reactions or other adverse reactions that may cause illness, injury, or discomfort. You hereby agree that you have had the opportunity to seek any clarification and ask questions and these have been adequately addressed by us.
We aim to provide the best service and an enjoyable experience to all our customers. Should you have any complaints or claims, please submit them in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from the date of service so that we can investigate what went wrong. Please include as much as details as possible. You may expect a response within 7 to 14 days after submitting your complaint to us. We may reach out to you to find out more details of the event(s), therefore, please be contactable. If there wasn't any response from you within 7 days of contacting you, the investigation will be closed and no further action will be taken.
In the event that either of us delays or is prevented from performing our obligations hereunder due to earthquake, typhoon, flood, tidal wave, lightning, fire, plague, other epidemics, falling objects, war, hostilities, acts of terrorism, insurrection, strikes, riots, industrial dispute or any other events the occurrence and consequences of which either of us are unable to prevent or avoid, this shall not constitute a breach of contract; provided that either of us shall, after being aware of being affected by such an event, immediately notify the other party of such an event and the reasonable remedial measures that it has adopted or will adopt. We shall, in accordance with the extent to which the performance of these terms and conditions are affected by such an event, consult with each other and decide on whether or not to terminate or vary this terms & conditions. The provisions of this clause do not apply to any obligations imposed with respect to the payment of monies.
We only accept Singapore currency in the form of cash, NETS, Visa, American Express (Amex) and Mastercard payments for payments.
PayLah!/PayNow/SG QR is also accepted. 3rd party payment modes such as Fave is also accepted but do enquire beforehand to ensure availability.
To guarantee your booking, we require a deposit in advance using a payment gateway outlined above.
Changes to the Terms & Conditions
Misswish reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to revise and update this statement from time to time. Your continued usage of our services and access to this website after any changes to these Terms and conditions will mean you accept those changes. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should inform us via writing as soon as possible of the terms to which you do not consent. Pending such notice, if there is any inconsistency between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore and waive any objection to proceedings in any such court on the grounds of venue or on the grounds that the proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum.
